Our soft-set honey infused with fresh ginger.

We take fresh ginger, prepare it with our own honey over a long, gentle heat, puree and blend with our soft-set honey.

Ginger is a natural antiviral which helps to fight against illness and bacteria that causes cold. It contains antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties which help to boost up the immune system and acts as an antihistamine and decongestant to help ease colds symptoms.

Precautions:

• Honey should not be taken by people with allergies to honey, pollen or other bee products.
• Honey should not be given to infants under 12 months.
• The use of herbs and spices is a time-honoured approach to strengthening the body and alleviating the symptoms of illness.
