Honeygar: The elixir of life?

Honeygar is a mix of honey and vinegar.

What’s Inside?

Our honey is gathered by the bees from the Yorkshire trees, hedgrows and gardens during summer and is cold gravity extracted. It is only coarse filtered and unpasteurised (unlike some supermarket honeys) so that all the natural enzymes, active yeasts and proteins are preserved.

Honeygar is said to have cleansing and disinfecting properties which self detoxify the body and it is a powerful cleansing agent and healing elixir with naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic that fights germs and bacteria. It is said to help you lose weight, lower your cholesterol and blood pressure, control your blood sugar, boost your immune system, relieve constipation and even regulate body and skin pH.

The ancient Egyptians are said to have appreciated the healing properties of cider vinegar. It has also been used as an anti-aging elixir in history, which is always popular!

The organic, quality cider vinegar (with the mother), that we use to make our Honeygar, is a natural product, made by allowing crushed apples to ferment in oak barrels. It has cleansing properties which help to detoxify the body and is a powerful cleansing agent which naturally helps to fight germs and bacteria. Honeygar is best drank regularly and can take a while to kick in, so stick with it.

Cider Vinegar can also help to keep the body nicely alkaline. Vinegar is acid but when broken down in the stomach becomes alkaline. An alkaline body has been shown to better fight germs and disease.

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been used to help treat arthritis. Many people are looking for alternative methods of treating ailments. There have been articles recently in the press verifying the healing effects of ACV.

Sir Ranulph Fiennes, the famous explorer and endurance chap, suffered with arthritis in his hand and hip and turned to drinking honeygar. He says “Without it (honeygar) I wouldn’t be able to have done all the things I have done…it has completely kept my arthritis at bay.
