Our Yorkshire Summer Honey, 227g comes straight from our own hives and tastes of the Yorkshire countryside the bees worked. Extracted directly from our hives in Staincross, we take pride in keeping the production process as natural as possible. We never heat it, so it keeps the natural enzymes and flavour that heating can spoil.

We use a coarse straining method that removes the wax while leaving beneficial pollen particles intact. This minimal filtration process sometimes gives the product a cloudy look, a sign of its purity. Unlike finely filtered alternatives, our honey retains more of its distinct flavour and nutritional benefits. The result is a rich, authentic taste that truly reflects the flowers and environment of its origin.
