Description
Our Cut Comb Blossom Honey is honey exactly as the bees made it, delivered straight from the hive to your table. This beautifully crafted geometric honeycomb is naturally sticky with golden, sweet honey. Enjoy it as nature intended by eating the entire honeycomb, wax and all, for a truly unique and indulgent treat. This delicacy is highly sought-after, especially by people who want honey straight from the comb, untouched.
If you want honey that hasn’t been extracted or strained at all, cut comb is the one to choose. It’s harvested directly from our Yorkshire hives, ensuring that all the natural enzymes, nutrients, and pollen remain intact, offering the best nutritional benefits honey can provide. Unlike liquid honey, cut comb is completely untouched, just as the bees made it, giving you the freshest taste possible.
Not only is our Cut Comb Blossom Honey delicious on its own, but it’s also a show-stopper when added to cheese or charcuterie boards. The soft, chewy texture of the honeycomb pairs beautifully with savoury cheeses, cured meats, and fresh bread, making it a perfect addition to any gourmet spread. Its combination of sweetness and texture elevates every bite, making it a favourite at dinner parties or gatherings.
Cut comb honey is becoming increasingly popular with people who want their food as natural as possible. The taste is truly unmatched, and it brings a whole new depth of flavour to any meal or snack. However, due to the seasonal nature of honey production, this product is always in high demand and sells out quickly, so make sure to get yours before it’s gone.
